I am a post-doctoral research associate at Brown University. My research is focused on understanding how global change factors affect plant physiological processes and soil microbes, with subsequent consequences for species interactions, community structure and ecosystem function. I utilize a variety of approaches in my research including experimental manipulations, field observations, laboratory analysis, and statistical modeling.
Education:
- Ph.D. Plant Ecology and Global Change Biology. Harvard University, Department of Organismal and Evolutionary Biology (2007).
- Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Cell Biology, Minor in Environmental Studies. University of California, San Diego (1999).
